His passion for horticulture inspired me to pursue it after finishing school. (Katherine received her training at Askham Bryan College in York, which led to a career in gardening and design). At around 18, I spent a year working at a local florist, which deepened my love for flowers, although I didn't work with them again until much later. Instead, I dedicated several years to Horticultural Therapy, witnessing the profound impact of plants and flowers on people, and I also taught City and Guilds gardening courses in the evenings.
I have a cut flower garden and also source locally grown flowers in and around York where I am based. Using elements from the kitchen garden as well as the hedgerows to create textured and unique designs to reflect the seasons and your style. Always striving to ensure that my flowers travel the shortest distance.
We are happy to travel, and have supplied for weddings in the Lake District, Dumfries and Galloway, Northumberland as well as in and around York and Yorkshire. Although 'Henri' our trusted Vintage Citroen H Van is not a fast long distance traveler, preferring to potter around Yorkshire
